My Story

Hi, my name is Jacky,

I grew up in the western suburbs of Brisbane, after high school I studied at Queensland TAFE for three years in Commercial Art, which started my career as a Graphic Artist. A few years along, after getting married, we moved to my husband’s hometown of Maryborough, a small rural town three hours north of Brisbane, Queensland.

I taught myself how to screen print on t-shirts and after a short while started working for a local screen printing company in Maryborough. More than seven years later, when I started creating and printing my own designs, I found there was a need for local souvenirs and gifts – not just for tourists – but the locals too!

Hence, I started using my skills as a Graphic Artist and Screen-Printer, to create, design, and screen-print products that made my local community proud of their city and feel excited to have quality handmade and locally designed products to share with friends and family as well as visitors to our beautiful area.

I have been in and out of the printing industry since I finished Art College over 30 years ago. The industry has gone through many changes over those years, from ‘cut and paste’ artwork and hand drawn proofs to now using computers and the many new and exciting graphic design programs available.

Now I focus on creating designs that you are sure to love, sharing my passion for tea towel design, creating gifts ideas and mementos that you can share and even personalize. I partner with top printing companies to ensure that every product meets a high standard and quality.

Thank you for your support,

Jacky
